Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined. Lead clinic staff (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description, including discussing and reviewing patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, and asking situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Engage with clinical leadership, escalating concerns to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of issues. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Operate in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA and all health information management issues. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings, pursuing the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion for proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; responsibly prescribe medications; educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training. Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care within the clinic and for telehealth leadership. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with training activities and supervised shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Comply with Company standards of operations, promote a respectful culture of confidentiality, and consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees are required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. On‑call responsibilities vary by provider level throughout the year. Experience Requirements and Preferences Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner. Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year of experience and less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Education Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). Experience At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice. Current License or Certification License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA is required for all providers. Where limited by state law, DEA must be obtained within 120 days of meeting the minimum years of practice required by state law. Providers must be able to treat all ages and must meet any credentialing requirements needed. DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
