Responsibilities Handle employment law matters, including counseling employers on workplace issues and/or employment-related disputes. Draft workplace policies, employment agreements, and separation agreements. Assist in employment litigation processes, including administrative filings, discovery, or motion practice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in Illinois. Experience handling employment law matters, including counseling employers on workplace issues and/or employment-related disputes. Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leave laws, and workplace policies).
