Our product can be found in over 60,000 stores worldwide under national brands including Wrangler, Vince, PINK, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomies Baby, alongside an extensive private-label and in-house branded business.

Since founded 40 years ago, we’ve become known for our artwork and styling, with a high output of thousands of original prints per season for buyers to select from. Our design team travels to Europe 2-3x annually to ensure we are ahead of the trend curve.

We also pride ourselves on being sourcing experts that are able to cater to multiple channels of retailers, as well as offer a broad of good/better/best product. We’ve extended our factory portfolio over the last couple years to insulate ourselves from trade conditions and currently source from five countries and counting — including China, Pakistan, Madagascar, Bangladesh, and India.

With offices in New York and Shanghai, we operate with a team of 70+ professionals, ranging from designers to sourcing experts, sales teams, and operations staff.

Job Description :

\n

\n
• Design creative and functional packaging solutions for all baby apparel, accessory, and sleepwear products
\n
• Digital and physical packaging and trim submissions to the license and/or customer for approvals.
\n
• Ensure packaging and trim for each program reflect the design direction and brand’s identity.
\n
• Prepare production-ready assets, including technical files, dyelines, and artwork for manufacturing.
\n
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that packaging and trims are produced to specification.
\n
• Ensure packaging and trims meet both aesthetic and functional standards before mass production.
\n
• Create and maintain apparel packaging and trim production guides with the required and most up-to-date item details.
\n
• Effectively communicate product statements and features through package design
\n
• Design private-label branding packaging – hangtags, header cards
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 3+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design
\n
• Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dieline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor
\n
• Expert use of Adobe Illustrator
\n
• Experience with 3D programs is a plus
\n
• Strong portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging
\n
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
\n
• Excellent eye for detail and color.
\n
