When you join Global Payments, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, working to reinvent an industry by constantly evolving how we work and making the way millions of people pay easier, every day.What you’ll own:Schedules interviews and travel (if necessary) between Candidates and Hiring Managers working closely with their assigned RecruitersUpdates HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperworkMaintains daily/weekly Candidate reports related to Talent AcquisitionProcesses background check invoice payments and trackingDirects employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the companyResponsible for pre-onboarding communications with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Tier II support to ensure new hires have a seamless experienceWorks effectively with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questionsKeeps candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitionsWork with recruiters to help review applications and screen candidatesMay coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payrollRecognizes and recommends opportunities for process improvementsOther related duties assigned as neededWhat you bring:Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power PointExperience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday experience is a plusAbility to understand Employment LawExperience in a service business where excellent customer service was requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to adhere to professional standards, processes, and strict confidentialityPreferred qualifications:Experience with application tracking system WorkdayAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasksFast learner and experience working in a fast-paced environment#LI-JS1#LI-HybridGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
