Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Recruitment Assistant to support our remote talent acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier candidates. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless hiring process across departments, contributing directly to organizational growth and workforce development. As an HR / Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in managing recruitment workflows, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting HR initiatives. Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders across time zones.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding documents, and pre-employment paperwork.
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline progress and time-to-fill.
- Support onboarding activities, including setting up new hire accounts, preparing welcome kits, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a first point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of ${experience} years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, self-directed work environment.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards (e.g., EEOC, FLSA).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and remote collaboration platforms.
