INVESTOR RELATIONS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (Remote) KCSA Strategic Communications is a full-service integrated communications firm that helps companies to shape perception, build influence and achieve meaningful business impact. Within KCSA, the IR team works to create new avenues for public companies to communicate their investment stories, define their value propositions and secure new opportunities. We’re looking for an Investor Relations Account Director who’s as knowledgeable about financial markets as they are passionate about telling financial stories. Our IR team takes data and shapes that information into narratives for the people who need to hear it - shareholders, stakeholders and beyond. This person will work with companies that are advancing market‑changing initiatives in the media & advertising, financial services, healthcare, and alternative therapies industries. What you’ll do: Drive quarterly reporting process including earnings announcement preparation, earnings release development, script development for CEOs and CFOs and Q&A preparation. Serve as a direct point of contact for client needs. Ensure the client companies are appropriately and strategically positioned for success with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders. Lead the ideation of the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as provide high‑impact corporate visibility that supports sales, attracts capital, and builds shareholder value. Draft, refine and finalize investor‑facing press releases, shareholder letters and other related financial documents. Draft, refine and finalize investor marketing materials including corporate presentations and investor meeting factsheets. Respond to inbound requests and inquiries from investors. Supervise junior colleagues to support client management. Who you are: 7+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Equity Research, Economics, Financial Public Relations, or similar relevant experience. Understanding of finance, capital markets, current events, financial statements and public company reporting requirements. Ability to lead client’s financial communication strategy. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diligent attention to detail. Preferably, exposure to/experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon. At KCSA, we know great talent comes in many forms.
