Overview Womack Army Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care to our nation's service members, their families, and veterans. Location Fort Bragg, NC (servicing sites in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Linden Oaks). Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to $320,000 per year. Salary negotiation may be available for candidates new to Federal service. Womack, is a fully accredited 110‑bed, evidence‑based regional medical center and GME facility serving Fort Bragg, the world’s largest U.S. Army installation. It offers a variety of primary care practice sites and a supportive community environment with access to outdoor recreation, education, and cultural amenities. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to authorized beneficiaries with acute and chronic conditions. Examine, diagnose, and treat patients using clinical evaluations, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies, X-rays, and EKGs, to determine appropriate treatment. Manage patient care as a Primary Care Manager and coordinate referrals to specialty clinics when required. Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and schedule follow‑up visits to monitor patient progress. Collaborate with specialists and medical staff to manage complex or difficult diagnoses. Maintain accurate medical documentation and supervise or advise medical personnel in patient care. Qualifications U.S. citizenship required. Board certified in Internal Medicine. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a U.S. or Canada‑approved school, or an equivalent foreign graduate certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG). Permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
