Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Role: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab II, responsible for performing various cardiovascular procedures under medical supervision. Key Duties: Rotates through roles such as scrub, monitor, and circulator; assesses patients, operates hemodynamic devices, administers medications, and develops individualized care plans. Implements timely interventions, participates in patient education and discharge planning, and ensures sterile techniques. Assists with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, delegates tasks, and coordinates team activities. Participates in staff orientation and fosters a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: RN license, five years of healthcare experience, and five years in Cath Lab scrub preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular patient care, medications, and procedures. BSN and RCIS certification preferred.
