What You'll Do

• Support daily operations through admin tasks, office management, and department workflow coordination
• Oversee HR tasks, including onboarding, orientation, compliance paperwork, and confidential employee records
• Help with project management, reporting, invoicing, and collections, often using Excel
• Coordinate scheduling, staff trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and company events
• Prepare documents, manage personnel files, and handle other assigned duties with strict confidentiality

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree in a related field (required); bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years of administrative or office management experience (required)
• Excel proficiency (required)
• HR or onboarding experience strongly preferred
• Experience with client databases or HRIS systems preferred
