Join Our Dynamic Medical Step-Down Team - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to take your career to the next level? - We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Medical Step-Down unit where you can make an impactful difference in patient care! Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional care to patients who require Medical Step-Down level of care. - Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure the highest standards of medical attention and patient support. Mandatory Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of critical care or step-down experience. - Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY. - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. - 2 years of critical care or step-down experience. Shift Information: - Two shifts available: - Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm - Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am - Holiday and weekend rotation required.
