Description Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Full-Time | Chino Hills Join a patient-focused, team-driven dental practice! Are you an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment where patient care comes first? If so, we'd love to meet you! We are currently seeking a skilled, friendly, and professional RDA to join our growing team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in assisting with procedures, maintaining clinical efficiency, and ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented RDA who is confident in their clinical skills and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Schedule: 8-hour shift Responsibilities • Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures
• Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
• Take dental x-rays and impressions
• Record medical and dental histories and vital signs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines
• Support daily operations and occasional front desk needs Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required
• Dental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
