Staff Development Coordinator

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead staff education and training in our long-term care and post-acute setting. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates orientation, in-services, and competency-based programs to support resident-centered, faith-based care. The coordinator ensures clinical and regulatory compliance, tracks mandatory education, and partners with leaders to identify learning needs. Ideal candidates bring clinical background, strong teaching skills, and passion for mentoring teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
