Health Liaison / Wellness Concierge Coordinator Private UHNW individual; frequent domestic and international travel Reports to principal, in close coordination with the treating physician Full-Time Salary Commensurate with experience We are seeking a unique role as a Health Liaison to serve as the practical bridge between an UHNW principal's clinical care plan, his daily life, the household team, and outside providers. This is a NON-clinical, implementation-focused role: the Health Liaison does not make medical decisions, diagnose, prescribe, or independently interpret medical recommendations. The focus of the job is to make sure the care plan lands accurately and consistently in real life. No formal medical credentials, licensure, or clinical training are required for this role. What matters most is exceptional organization, discretion, and follow-through, along with the ability to operate independently and stay ahead of a fast-moving, frequently changing schedule — the principal travels extensively and calendar shifts often. SO this role is crucial to help the principal run seamlessly.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Post-Session Implementation Check in with the principal and/or DR following clinical sessions to review updated treatment plan instructions Translate updated recommendations into the principal's daily routines Update medication, herbal, supplement, lifestyle, and scheduling systems as directed Remove outdated instructions so the principal and household are always following the current plan Ensure follow-up tasks are completed, including orders placed, appointments scheduled, labs booked, records gathered, and instructions communicated Notify DR if the treatment plan is not being followed Medication, Herbal & Supplement Logistics Manage medications, herbs, and supplements according to the current plan Receive herbal, supplement, pharmacy, and specialty orders at the home Organize and store medications, herbs, and supplements safely and clearly Dispense herbs and supplements appropriately Monitor supply levels and reorder as needed Maintain an up-to-date list of current medications, supplements, herbs, doses, and timing Medical Appointment Support Schedule all medical appointments Proactively track recurring appointments needed (e.g., annual physical) When DR is not present, support continuity by accompanying the principal to appointments when appropriate, listening to appointment recordings with other practitioners, and speaking with the principal afterward to understand outcomes Communicate relevant updates to DR Gather prescriptions, lab orders, imaging orders, referrals, written recommendations, and follow-up instructions Help implement next steps from outside providers once integrated into the broader care plan Keep DR informed of upcoming appointments, procedures, and provider recommendations Records, Labs & Provider Coordination Schedule appointments with Emma and other providers Organize labs, imaging, testing, and follow-up appointments Collect lab results, imaging reports, consult notes, and provider recommendations Upload and organize documents in the agreed care journal or folder Coordinate calendars and shared timelines across providers as needed Household, Lifestyle & Care Environment Communicate relevant nutrition or protocol updates to private chefs or household staff Coordinate with trainers, bodyworkers, massage therapists, meditation support, and other wellness team members as needed Help maintain routines around meals, movement, rest, treatment timing, and care logistics Keep treatment supplies organized, accessible, and appropriately stored at the home Track adherence to the plan (e.g., whether supplements or medications are being taken, exercise completed, etc.) and flag any gaps Travel, Events & Procedure Support Prepare medications, supplements, herbs, and written instructions for travel Help implement pre- and post-procedure protocols Coordinate care logistics during travel, high-demand work periods, or major events Notify DR ahead of travel, procedures, launches, retreats, or other significant schedule disruptions

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

No formal health or medical credential is required. Prior experience in a clinical, wellness, or concierge health setting is a plus but not mandatory. The strongest fit will be someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with reliable systems for tracking many moving parts at once Comfortable working around a principal with a demanding, fast-changing, and heavily travel-based schedule, and able to adapt quickly as plans shift Discreet, calm, and trustworthy, with sound judgment around sensitive personal and health information A clear, proactive communicator who can liaise confidently with physicians, household staff, and outside providers alike Willing to travel as needed and available outside standard hours when circumstances require #J-18808-Ljbffr The Grapevine Agency
