Call Center Representative

A manufacturing company of kitchen accessories in Port Washington, NY is seeking an upbeat and "passionately communicative" Call Center Representative who is genuinely excited to help people. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison, providing product information and resolving emerging problems with patience and empathy. The goal is to ensure each customer receives a first-class service experience while maintaining high levels of customer happiness.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Provide outstanding support by accurately responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding products, services, and replacement parts

• Issue Resolution: Determine root causes of issues, develop resolution action plans, and interact with other departments to drive positive experiences

• Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and utilize internal resources to find solutions for customers

• Claims & Warranty: Review warranty policy terms to determine coverage and assess the validity of complaints regarding product failures or incorrect shipments

• Returns Management: Prepare shipping for returned goods and assist in the returns and replacements process as needed

• Reputation Management: Review product ratings and reviews on Kraus.com and partner sites to manage and resolve customer concerns

• Continuous Improvement: Communicate grievances and constructive criticism to the Customer Support Manager to help improve service
