Overview Employer Industry: Construction Management Benefits Salary range of $76,500.00 - $90,000.00 Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive work environment focused on quality and service Chance to lead and manage significant construction projects Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects Responsibilities (What to Expect) Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams Oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with projects Ensure adherence to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures Qualifications (What is Required) B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out) Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees Proven ability to maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance Strong technical proficiency in construction management Exceptional communication and relationship management skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
