Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Enjoy a four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $40/hour
Annualized Compensation: Approximately $75,000/year based on the current schedule

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established dental practice in Hutchinson, Kansas. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive dental care
Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and preventive hygiene procedures
Conduct periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
Take and process dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Maintain infection control standards and support efficient clinical operations

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas
Current CPR/BLS certification
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented practice
