Commercial Janitorial Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated, client-focused, and quality-driven Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of Cleaning Specialists across various facilities. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Supervisor ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily cleaning operations and conduct routine inspections. Train, support, and evaluate Cleaning Specialists. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contract specifications. Address and resolve issues promptly; maintain open communication with management and clients. Manage inventory, equipment, and supply distribution. Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain accurate records and reports. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of janitorial supervision experience. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and basic computer proficiency.
