Manager In Training

SBM's Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development.

What You'll Gain:

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to relocate for the role.
Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred

California Compensation: $70,304.00 per year

Illinois Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 per year The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
