We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide or Certified Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensure the safety and well-being of clients, and provide emotional support. You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Care
- Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Mobility Assistance
- Help clients with mobility, including transfers from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
- Assist with walking and exercise routines
Meal Preparation
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and preferences
Light Housekeeping
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and maintain a safe, tidy living environment
Companionship
- Provide emotional support and meaningful engagement
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
Health Monitoring
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Observe changes in physical or mental health
- Report concerns promptly to healthcare providers
Documentation
- Maintain accurate daily logs and care records
- Document medication administration and any incidents or changes in condition
Communication & Safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team
- Implement safety measures, identify hazards, and respond to emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Certification as a Home Caregiver (CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or similar)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
Preferred:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Food Workers Card
Must be able to pass background check
