Job Description

• Manage projects from initiation through closeout.
• Lead communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance metrics.
• Coordinate field operations and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project planning and forecasting efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• Approximately 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience within construction, civil, environmental, landscaping, irrigation, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client-focused with excellent communication abilities.
• Project scheduling and budget management.
• Contract and subcontractor oversight.
• Construction/project management software proficiency.
• Change order and cost control experience.
• Strong understanding of field operations and project execution.
