TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Tableau Developer for a Hybrid opportunity in Rutherford, NJ, Tampa, FL & Irving, TX Duration: 6+ Months Location: Rutherford, NJ, Tampa, FL & Irving, TX We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to support a large-scale reporting modernization initiative. This role involves migrating legacy Cognos reporting solutions and Sybase-based data environments into Tableau and the Olympus database platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Tableau expert who can independently design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise dashboards with minimal guidance. Required Skills: Strong experience in Tableau Development. Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau Desktop. Experience building complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations. Strong SQL development and query tuning experience. Experience with relational databases such as Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server. Experience troubleshooting and optimizing reporting solutions. Tableau Server administration and architecture knowledge. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Nice-to-Have Skills: Data Warehouse and Data Mart experience. MongoDB or NoSQL database experience. Automation and scripting experience. Experience working with large‑scale enterprise reporting platforms. Financial Services, Market Risk, Quantitative Risk, or Risk Management domain knowledge.
