Job Description Job Description Insurance Sales Manager - Build & Run Your Own Sales Team Employee Retention Benefits, Inc. (ERB) | Covina, CA Overview This is not a typical Insurance Sales Manager role. At ERB, you will build, lead, and scale your own sales team within a proven system. * You build the team * We provide the accounts, systems, and support * You grow the revenue—and your income How It Works * Build or bring 10+ sales agents * We provide confirmed enrollments (no prospecting) * You manage performance and schedules * You earn through team production (override) Requirements * Insurance Work Experience * Success Metrics (after 90 days) * A Life and Health Insurance License is a mandatory Starting from scratch? We help you recruit. Earn via override until you reach 10 agents and unlock base salary. What ERB Provides * AI-powered CRM & scheduling system * No cold calling - appointments provided * Sales Admin, HR & Payroll support * Public & Private sector accounts Compensation * Base Salary * Uncapped Override Income This role is best for leaders who want to build a team, scale income, and operate like a business owner .
