Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid life insurance Voluntary life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage Accident insurance Critical illness policies Generous paid time off 401K with a 5% company match Employee assistance program Benefit concierge services Flexible 5‑day work week Ongoing training with Spitzer University Opportunity for advancement within the organization Responsibilities Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance Performs road test of customer vehicles Advises customers of necessary/suggested services Offers additional services and repairs to customers Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to the condition specified by the customer Estimates costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer Schedules appointments with customers Maintains CSI at or above designated standards Meets dealership's standards for repair/order production Follows Safeguards rules and regulations Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Successful track record Strong record of positive CSI results Team oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test Valid driver's license with good driving record Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills Self‑starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals Reliable transportation and attendance Must be authorized to work in the United States EEO Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
