Position Summary

As a member of the surgical team, provides advanced technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. Maintains equipment, instruments, and preference cards in all the specialty areas. Unified by the core purpose of creating a healthier community one person at a time, the members of the Department of Surgical Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. Requirements

Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 3-5 years experience. American Heart Association CPR Certification. Surgical Technologist Certification Required. Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certification.
