As a Floor Care Specialist at Carle Health, you will support patient safety and experience by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive floors across our healthcare facilities. Working within the Facilities & Maintenance department, you will perform daily and periodic floor care, including stripping, waxing, burnishing, and carpet extraction, using hospital-grade equipment and chemicals. You will follow strict infection prevention, safety, and quality standards while collaborating with clinical and support teams.
