Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with Building Material knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This role is focused on driving new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the construction or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
