Duration: 2-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Contracts Billing Clerk to support billing, contract tracking, and financial reporting activities. This role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy with numbers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process invoices and contract-related billing
- Maintain spreadsheets and financial records in Excel
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support contract tracking and payment updates
- Prepare reports and assist with reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of billing, accounting, or finance experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and financial data
- Experience with government or state accounting systems is a plus
