What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, adaptive, self-care, and functional life skills
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with therapists, teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized student goals
• Support implementation of IEP-related services and recommendations
• Help students maximize participation, independence, and engagement within the educational environment

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Arizona COTA License or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
• Experience supporting students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing challenges, or special education populations is a plus
