Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service remotely from the Western region of the United States, focusing on consulting, educating, and retaining clients post-sale while managing an inbound phone queue. Key responsibilities Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current Yelp advertisers Educate clients on ad performance metrics to demonstrate the value of their investment in Yelp's services Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while consistently achieving monthly goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience Technical proficiency with computers and information systems Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred) Ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment
