Key Responsibilities Support customer retention efforts by addressing service disconnection requests and resolving outstanding issues Encourage retention through proactive outreach and strategic product offerings tailored to customer needs Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals while maintaining consistent attendance and flexibility in scheduling Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of relevant work experience Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a customer-focused environment Understanding of digital tools and technology related to customer service
