What You'll Do

• Provide quality nursing care and medication administration
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and families
• Help create a positive, engaging environment for residents and coworkers alike

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR Certification *Required*
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
