Hybrid Tech Support Engineer | Diagnostics & On-Call

NICE

NiCE is seeking a capable technical support professional to be the first point of contact for customer issues. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems, document resolutions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure rapid fixes. You will also participate in on‑call rotations while supporting Cognigy’s enterprise AI platform. The role follows the NICE‑FLEX hybrid model, offering two days in the office and three days remote each week, with opportunities across multiple roles and locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr NICE
