Account Setup Coordinator

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Setup Coordinator in Knoxville, TN.Essential Functions:

• Responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers
• Acts as the primary internal contact
• Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable

Skills

• Comfortable learning new systems with support
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including tracking, organizing, and notating work
• Proficient in basic computer navigation and data entry
• Able to manage multiple tools while maintaining accuracy

Compliance Knowledge:

• Prior AML or compliance experience is helpful but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
