The Technical Manufacturing Laborer supports the production of mechanical components, consumer products, and industrial equipment. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Shift Lead, this role operates machinery, handles materials, inspects quality, maintains equipment, and supports safe, efficient production across single-shift and overnight operations. The position requires basic equipment adjustments, routine mechanical troubleshooting, and advanced process troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment to produce components and products.
• Handle, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products and in-process work for quality and specification compliance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Follow industrial safety procedures and maintain a safe, orderly worksite.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Complete accurate production reports and support single-shift and overnight operations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, quality control, and material handling.
• Understanding of industrial safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
