AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Builder Support Representative to join a growing team in Leander, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The company will provide training on its products, systems, and processes.

In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for builders, contractors, vendors, and customers. You'll assist with customer orders, quotes, product questions, troubleshooting, and project coordination while ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support throughout the order process.

What You'll Do

Customer & Builder Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for builders, contractors, vendors, and customers.

• Provide professional and timely customer service by phone and email.

• Answer product and installation questions using company resources and manufacturer documentation.

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers and business partners.

• Follow up with customers to ensure questions and requests are resolved.

Order Processing & Quotes

• Process customer orders accurately using QuickBooks.

• Prepare customer quotes and assist with basic residential hardware takeoffs. Training will be provided.

• Review orders and project information for accuracy and identify potential issues before they affect project schedules.

• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.

• Assist with warranty requests and order-related questions.

Project & Team Support

• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse personnel, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve customer and order-related issues.

• Communicate order updates, quote information, and project status to customers.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Support team initiatives and assist coworkers as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Professional and customer-focused approach.

• Ability and willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable with a strong work ethic.

• Previous customer service, administrative, inside sales, project coordination, manufacturing, distribution, or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing quotes or processing customer orders.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

• Experience coordinating customer projects or accounts.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.

• Knowledge of residential construction, door hardware, bath hardware, or building materials is a plus but not required.
