Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Location: Evanston, IL Full time Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F (4 10s a possibility) Responsibilities Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties. Coordinates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing. Secures/procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care. Coordinates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicates to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas. Qualifications Education: BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program. Degree must be acquired within 24 months, from an accredited nursing program, of hire. Certification/License: IL RN License CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association Experience: Experience in an OR setting. Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. Must demonstrate competency in the care of all patient age groups specific to specialty. Competencies are unit/specialty specific.
