Physical Therapy Aide

Overview Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit and hire a Physical Therapy Aide. Description As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Pay and Schedule Pay: $16.66-20/hr (based on experience and skill set). Schedule: Full time — clinic is open M-F 7am-6pm. Location 161 Lincoln Ave. Snohomish, WA 98290. Duties & Responsibilities Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety. Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Provide customer service with a smile. Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions. Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures. Assist front office with tasks when downtime occurs, including answering the phone, scanning documents, scheduling patients, taking payments, filing, faxing, etc. Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises. Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus. Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
