You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist and Clinic Director with clear expectations, strong communication, and ongoing support. Job Description Your First 30–60 Days Structured onboarding with clear expectations Observation and collaborative treatment sessions with PTs Gradual progression to independent patient care Focus on communication, flow, and confidence in treatment delivery What You Will Do Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengthening Monitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT Assist with exercise progression using objective measures and clinical guidance Work collaboratively with PTs and aides to maintain patient flow and care quality Complete documentation efficiently during the workday Direct access to PTs and Clinic Director for guidance and feedback Clear onboarding and gradual increase in responsibility Ongoing coaching focused on confidence, efficiency, and consistency Strong team communication—no guessing or being left on your own New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and growth‑oriented Qualifications Licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State Interest in orthopedic and sports rehab Strong communication and teamwork skills Who This Is a Good Fit For New grads who want to build confidence quickly in a supportive environment PTAs who take pride in delivering high‑quality, active care Team players who communicate well and stay organized Individuals who value efficiency, accountability, and patient outcomes Additional Information $32.00‑$40.00/hr based on experience $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus Production bonus opportunities – Up to $7,500 CEU allowance + MedBridge access Paid time off + paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match #J-18808-Ljbffr
