Job Description

Leading warehouse operation is seeking a Material Handler to join its Charlotte team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by moving, storing, and organizing materials to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse 
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment 
• Organize inventory and maintain clean, orderly storage areas 
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment 
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality 
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies 
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned 

Job Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred 
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment required
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods 
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
