About the Role

We are looking for someone to become the right hand to the Founder and play a key role in how the agency operates and grows, helping lead execution, team performance, and day-to-day operations. We are a growing multicultural marketing agency, and this role sits at the center of the company; team, clients, and execution. This is not just a job. It is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, help build structure, and turn ideas into reality. This role is both internal and external; you will help lead the team while also being part of how the agency shows up with clients and in the community.

The Mission

To turn ideas and vision into action by leading execution, strengthening team performance, and driving consistent results across the agency creating the structure and accountability needed for the business to run smoothly without depending on the Founder for day-to-day execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The Integrator - This person acts as the integrator of the agency; the link between vision and execution. They are responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving environment, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality work consistently.

Core Responsibilities:

Own Day-to-Day Operations (Core Focus)

Oversee execution across all client accounts

Ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered at a high level

Bring structure and clarity to workflows (Asana, communication, timelines)  Identify issues early and solve them quickly

Lead, Manage, and Hold the Team Accountable

Manage a young, fast-moving team (social media, creatives, interns)

Set clear expectations and follow through

Improve communication, ownership, and performance

Handle day-to-day challenges and keep the team aligned

Execute the Founder's Vision

Take ideas, opportunities, and direction from the Founder and turn them into action

Help prioritize what matters most

Ensure initiatives are implemented, followed through, and improved when needed

Oversee Marketing Quality

Review content, social media, and campaigns

Provide clear, actionable feedback

Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations  

Client & Agency Representation:

Join select client meetings

Support communication and execution for key accounts

Represent the agency in meetings, events, and networking when needed

Build Structure for the Future

Improve processes and systems as the agency grows

Help create more clarity and consistency across how the team operates 

Contribute to strengthening the internal structure over time

Required Experience:

4–6+ years in a marketing, agency, or digital environment

Experience leading projects, workflows, or people

Ability to manage and hold a team accountable

Strong understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing
