Physicians will manage a limited panel of members, allowing more time for each patient, enhanced continuity of care, and an improved work-life balance.Essential Position ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, preventive, and relationship-based primary care to a limited patient panel.Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with patients through personalized and evidence-based medicine.Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospital teams, and ancillary providers as needed.Focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness planning.Participate in community outreach, member engagement, and practice growth activities as desired.Optional opportunities to engage in teaching, research, or hospital medicine.QualificationsEducation: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Licensure & Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; active or eligible D.C. medical license and DEA registration.
