About the Role

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead its market growth, profitability, and team performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial lending, business development, and community presence while ensuring strong credit quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading market strategy, originating and managing a commercial loan portfolio, driving new business development, overseeing credit quality and risk management, and leading and developing a lending team. The role also involves maintaining strong community and business engagement. Applicants for the Market President position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending. A proven track record in portfolio growth and business development, as well as strong credit and financial analysis skills, are essential.
