At The Retreat on Charleston Peak, located at 6,700 feet in beautiful Kyle Canyon, you'll enjoy cooler temperatures, scenic views, and a relaxed work environment just 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Host/Hostess to join our team at the Canyon Restaurant and help create a welcoming first impression for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and answer phone inquiries
- Ensure tables are properly set with glassware, water, and menus
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Learn the menu and daily specials to help answer guest questions
- Work collaboratively with servers and restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest service
Qualifications
- Friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
