Join us to be a part of a team that is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, driving down costs while improving patient outcomes.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience•Experience working directly in a Healthcare payer or healthcare providers EDI solution that involves upgrades or migration of EDI technologies.•Experience with requirements gathering, design, and mapping EDI X12 837/835/834/820.•Experience with Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis.•Healthcare and Medicaid Claims and Encounters processingPreferred Skill and Experience•Experience with SQL databaseAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
