Donor Relations Assistant

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, personable, and relationship-oriented
• Passionate about the mission of Idaho Youth Ranch
• Comfortable chatting on the phone (and actually enjoys it!)
• Has neat, legible handwriting
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Thoughtful and genuine when expressing gratitude

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Write handwritten thank-you notes to our donors (yes, real mail-it still exists!)
• Make warm thank-you calls to express appreciation
• Help with mailers, stuffing envelopes, stamping, and getting them out the door
• Prepare seasonal holiday cards with care and creativity
• Track donor touchpoints in our Salesforce database (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)

When:

• 2-3 times per week
• 6-8 hours total per week
• Seasonal increase in volunteers during holidays and major campaigns
