Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care within the surgical suite, supporting patient safety and comfort throughout operative procedures. The position offers a dynamic work environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call responsibilities scheduled every 4-5 weekends and once during the week.

Job Details:

• Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska
• Shift Details: Rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shift hours and minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, OR nursing experience, neuro or orthopedic experience (Level 1 or 2), and willingness to participate in weekend and weekday call rotations
• Schedule: Rotating shifts with on-call responsibilities every 4-5 weekends and one weeknight per week of on-call duty
• Additional Information: The healthcare provider operates with low/mid/high performance expectations; contract termination may occur if performance does not meet expectations.
