Are you ready to lead security operations and shape DevSecOps in a modern, AI-enabled environment? This is a high-impact opportunity to join a mission-driven, globally recognized nonprofit organization where you'll own security strategy and execution across cloud and engineering teams.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience in information security, with strong expertise in incident response and security operations
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, security automation, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, particularly AWS (required) and Azure environments
- Experience securing or supporting AI-enabled systems and emerging AI security considerations
- *US Citizen or Permanent Resident Required*
- Lead and improve end-to-end incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and remediation
- Build and scale DevSecOps practices while partnering with engineering and infrastructure teams
- Develop and implement security automation using scripting, APIs, and cloud-native or SOAR tools
- Provide recommendations and enhancements for cloud security across AWS and Azure environments
- Fully remote flexibility with a collaborative, small-team environment
