Information Security Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 4-12+ months Contract

Must Haves:

CyberArk is the must have skill set. Communication 10/10, they need to be able to communicate clearly as well as document everything clearly. The other key skill set here is platform experience - CyberArk is preferred, other enterprise credential management tool experience would work. They also need to have a solid understanding of applications - they need a thorough understanding of how an application works, specifically how the UI fits into the data that is returned.

Important Notes:

• 3-5 years CyberArk exp is must have
• Will support the business requirements based on the ability
• CyberArk is preferred, other enterprise credential management tools i.e. HashiCorp, BeyondTrust, One Identity, etc would also work.
• Scripting exp would be plus
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Handling of miscellaneous support requests.
• 24/7 on call support on rotational basis.
• Handle deployment related activities which are often after hours and/or weekends.
• Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures.
• Troubleshoot application/platform access issues and escalate to Tier 3 Support as necessary.
