Job Details Job Location: 11909 SE Mill Plain Blvd – Vancouver, WA 98684 Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.75 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time – Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for peers, striving to lead others to their full potential. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
