ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 1991 after previously working as a high school teacher, and that background helped shape the supportive and people focused culture we have in our office today. Our team of three works closely together, and we value creating an environment where everyone feels supported, connected, and willing to help one another succeed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cindy Evcic - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
